Apple Face ID and Touch ID is available on selected Apple devices. Android Fingerprint is available on selected Android devices.
Paying someone new without a card reader
There is a maximum of 5 payments totalling £1000 per day. You must be aged 16 or over.
Pay your contacts
You can make a maximum of 20 payments totalling no more than £250 per day. Pay anyone who uses the 'Paym' service. You must be aged 16 or over and registered to Paym.
Cancelling Direct Debits
To cancel a Direct Debit using the mobile app you have until 8:20pm (time) on the day the payment is due. At or after 8:20pm (time), the payment due on that day will have been taken and we will not be able to retrieve it.
Cancelling or amending a standing order
To cancel or amend a standing order from within the app you must give two working days notice.
Creating a Travel Plan on your debit card
You can register one trip at a time. It can include up to seven countries and last 90 days. Register each country you are visiting. The marker will apply to all debit cards in your name. Joint account holders should register separately.
