Once you reach £5 in Rewards, the choice is yours. You can redeem it as cash back, trade up for gift cards and e-codes with our retail partners, or donate to one of our chosen charities.

How to exchange your Rewards

As soon as your available Rewards balance is the equivalent of £5 or more, you can log in to MyRewards to exchange them. Keep in mind, if you choose to bank your Rewards it will take 5 working days to clear.

To login, you first need to set-up your MyRewards account. You'll need your Ednites Credit Union debit card number on hand.

Switch to Ednites Credit Union

The Current Account Switch Service will do all the work when it comes to switching, moving everything across from your old account to your new account all within 7 working days, including Direct Debits and standing orders. All you need to do is tell us the details of your old bank account and when you want the Switch to start.

We can not switch savings accounts or ISAs through this service. Any other products you have with your old bank will not be moved at the same time.

Before you apply, we need to check you're happy with a few things. And ask you a few questions up front. Then we can make your application as quick and simple as it can be.

First things first. You can apply if you:

are aged 18 or over and a resident

will pay in £1,250 each calendar month to any eligible personal current account you have with us

do not currently hold 2 Reward accounts.

Your application will be completely online, and you won't need to post us any information or visit a branch.

 

  1. Tell us a bit about yourself and we’ll set up your account.
  2. Our partner HooYu will then check your identity by matching you to your Photo ID. Your Photo ID must be a Passport, EU/EEA Driving Licence or an EU/EEA National ID card. We might also ask for a valid proof of address. If you don't have your ID to hand you can finish this step later.
  3. Once they’ve confirmed your identity we’ll activate your account.

If you're a non-resident we can only offer to change your bank account to our Select account.
