To view your account balance, log in to Online Banking and you’ll find your balance and available balances on the ‘Account Summary’ page.

Apply for or manage overdrafts Close

The easiest way to apply for an overdraft is to log in to Online Banking.

Transfer money between accounts Close

The quickest way to transfer money between accounts is via Online Banking or the mobile app.

If you don’t have Online Banking yet, you can sign up here. You’ll need your account number and sort code.

Order a cheque or paying in book Close

You can order cheque books and paying in books by using this digital form.

If you have Online Banking

Once you’ve placed your first order via the form, you can place future orders through Online Banking.

Cora, our digital assistant, can also place the order for you. Click ‘Help’, then ‘Message us’ and ask Cora to ‘order cheque book’. She’ll take the details and process your request.

Change business name Close

The best way to change your business name is via Online Banking or the mobile app.

If you’re a sole trader, limited company, PLC, partnership or LLP, log in to Online Banking and click ‘Help’.

Limited companies can also update their business name using the Change your details digital form.

Order account statements Close

The quickest way to order account statements is via Online Banking or the mobile app.

You can sign up for Online Banking here. You'll need your account number and sort code.

To amend your statement preferences:

You'll need to speak to our webchat team to change the frequency of your statements.

Our team are here to help you 7am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm on Saturdays, and 9am to 5pm on Sundays.

Make payments and pay bills Close

The quickest way to make payments and pay bills is to use Online Banking or the mobile app.

Once logged in to Online Banking, go to ‘Payments and transfers’ in the top menu and select "Make a payment".

If you’re using the mobile app, choose the correct account and then select what you want to do.

If you don’t have Online Banking yet, you can sign up here. All you need is your account number and sort code.

Cancel a Direct Debit Close

The quickest way to cancel a Direct Debit is to use Online Banking.

Once logged in, from the 'Direct debits' section, select 'Manage direct debits'. If you need any help, click the support button there.

You can also use the mobile banking app. Choose the correct account and then select ‘Direct debits’.

If you don’t have access to Online Banking:

The form will ask you for the email addresses of the people with signing permissions on the account.

We’ll then email your signatories and ask them to authorise the request by uploading an image of their signature.

Order certificates of interest or balance Close

The quickest way to order certificates of interest or balance is via Online Banking, where Cora, our digital assistant, can do this for you

Just log in, select Select ‘Need help’, then ‘Chat now’ and type ‘order certificate of balance’. Cora will take the details and process the request for you.
