We're closing our receipt management service

App available to customers aged 11+ with compatible iOS and Android devices and an international mobile number in specific countries. This service is available to Business and Premier Banking customers only.

Manage your receipts using our Mobile Banking app

Receipt Management is a free tool integrated to our Mobile Banking app. It lets you effortlessly capture and image of your receipts and store them in one secure and searchable library. With receipt categorisation and automatic transaction matching when using your Ednites Credit Union cards, you can't afford to miss out.

How Receipt Management could help your business

  • Categorise expenses in separate folders, allowing you to track total spend and stay within budget
  • Use notes and tags to keep track of the business purpose for each expense
  • Free to all business customers

  • Account for cash receipts to help monitor your cash flow
  • When using your Ednites Credit Union cards, receipts will automatically attach to matching transactions

How does Receipt Management work?

Capture a photograph of your paper receipt. The service will take care of the rest, working its magic to create a digital receipt, storing essential information about your purchases.

Do you have our Mobile Banking app?

As you already have the Mobile Banking app, this shouldn't take long at all

 
Follow these steps to start using Receipts:
  1. Log in to the Ednites Credit Union Mobile App
  2. Select ‘Manage Receipts’ at the top of your Account Summary screen
  3. View the Terms and Conditions then either Accept or Cancel

Congratulations, you're ready to start capturing Receipts.

You'll need to download our Mobile Banking app to use Receipt Management

Once you're set up and ready to go, follow the these steps to get started:

  1. Log in to our mobile app
  2. Select ‘Manage Receipts’ at the top of your Account Summary screen
  3. View the Terms and Conditions then either Accept or Cancel
