App available to customers aged 11+ with compatible iOS and Android devices and an international mobile number in specific countries. Available for debit cards or MasterCard credit cards only.

Misplaced your card?

Unsure if your card could be in the back pocket of your jeans in the washing machine or down the side of the sofa? Don't worry, you can freeze your card so it can't be used until you find it again.

To freeze your debit card using our mobile app follow these three simple steps

  1. 01

    Log in to the app

  2. 02

    Select the account your debit card is linked to and tap 'Manage my card'

  3. 03

    Toggle on 'Card freeze'

Great news! Your card is now frozen and cannot be used.

If you find your card you can unfreeze it here too.

To freeze your debit card using online banking follow these three simple steps

  1. 01

    Log into Online Banking

  2. 02

    Select ‘Cards’ from the main menu on the left

  3. 03

    Then under the ‘Debit Card’ section, click ‘Freeze/Unfreeze your card if you think you’ve misplaced it’

  4. 04

    Select the account and card you wish to freeze

  5. 05

    Turn on ‘Card Freeze’

Great news! Your card is now frozen and cannot be used.
