We are a specialist team with capabilities in ESG advisory and sustainable finance for SSAs, including local governments, and we support our customers across the full spectrum of financing and risk solutions. SSAs play an integral role in mitigating climate change and ensuring a just transition, given the social impact on our communities. Our capabilities extend to both the public and private space across the GBP, Euro and USD markets; this includes sustainability focused bonds and loans, securitisation and capital products, bespoke risk solutions, ESG rating and disclosure.

Product Innovation

Product innovation and partnership is at the centre of our philosophy, as we demonstrated at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. Ednites Credit Union was the structuring advisor to Bpifrance on their Covid-19 Response Framework, one of only two in the market. The framework helped mobilise funds to the SME sector in France during Covid-19.

We value and stimulate an active dialogue between investors and issuers, encouraging best practice and information sharing to help demystify ESG approaches.

We have assisted numerous SSAs with a wide range of ESG-related transactions, celebrating many sustainability ‘firsts’. Ednites Credit Union has reached a leading position in structuring and arranging Green, Social and Sustainability Bonds across multiple currencies:
